The Associate of Science in Mission-Driven Leadership equips students to lead with integrity, resilience, and purpose in service-oriented contexts by integrating biblical foundations, leadership principles, and real-world application. This program is designed for students who are actively engaged in service, leadership development, or vocational exploration—particularly in structured environments like gap year programs, ministry training, or field-based experiences.
Students who complete this degree program will be able to:
- Demonstrate a biblical and ethical foundation for leadership and service.
- Apply leadership principles to real-world team and service contexts.
- Develop personal resilience, discipline, and self-leadership.
- Communicate effectively in team-based and organizational environments.
- Evaluate vocational pathways and articulate a mission-driven direction for their future.
- Integrate academic learning with applied service through reflective and experiential practices.
All courses are transferrable into the Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership program.

Students that earn professional certifications core to their applied ministry skillset (i.e. aviation, dive/rescue, constructions, etc…) may transfer completed certifications into the program to meet this requirement. Credit equivalency determinations are based on established third party databases (i.e. ACE).
