This program will equip students for holistic leadership and practice in the field of disability ministry and disability services. By developing a biblical framework, leadership skills, integrated learning, and an ethic of self-care, students will be equipped to provide leadership in professional disability ministry contexts.
Students who complete this degree program will be able to:

- The student will demonstrate a holistic understanding related to the historical and contextual perspectives of disability.

- The student will demonstrate effective mentoring and self-management practices to promote spiritual, physical, and mental well-being and a moral, ethical, and spiritual foundation for human services.
