This course introduces students to the fundamental skills needed to research, write, and manage grant proposals for nonprofit organizations. Students will learn how to identify funding opportunities, align proposals with organizational priorities, and craft compelling grant narratives. The course will also cover the preparation of detailed project budgets, as well as strategies for maintaining relationships with funders and ensuring compliance with grant reporting requirements. Through hands-on exercises and case studies, students will gain practical experience in developing competitive grant applications.
