This course is designed to prepare students for careers in disability service organizations. Students evaluate various disability- and human services-related organizational structures and develop their management and leadership skills. Special emphasis is placed on ethical decision-making skills, professionalism, and the capacity for compassionate responses to various situations. Students will have the opportunity to further refine their personal ‘Soul Care Policy’ and practice appropriate self-care strategies.
