This course helps students explore the connection between their personal identity and potential career pathways. Using an interdisciplinary approach that includes elements of psychology, sociology, strengths theory, and career development frameworks, students examine their unique design—strengths, gifts, passions, values, personality, experiences, and motivations. Through guided reflection, interviews, assessments, and life-design activities, students develop a clearer sense of purpose and learn how to translate their emerging vocational identity into meaningful academic, career, and life decisions. Emphasis is placed on understanding one’s role in society, discerning pathways to purposeful work, and developing practical steps toward future opportunities.
