This course develops students’ ability to exercise leadership situationally within team-based, service-oriented, and high-demand environments. Building on foundational leadership principles, students practice planning, communication, decision-making, and ethical responsibility during time-bound leadership opportunities embedded in training, service projects, and cohort activities. Emphasis is placed on servant leadership, shared responsibility, and reflective evaluation rather than formal authority. The course prepares students for future roles across an array of mission-driven contexts.
