This course introduces students to the management and leadership of nonprofit organizations. Students will explore how nonprofits are structured and governed, how they manage financial and human resources, and how they navigate legal, political, and community environments. Emphasis is placed on practical tools, foundational theory, and real-world application to prepare students for entry-level leadership and management roles in the nonprofit sector.
