This course introduces students to the fundamentals of physical conditioning, personal wellness, and resilience-building. Through structured fitness training, movement skill development, and outdoor or endurance-based activities, students gain practical experience applying principles of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention. Reflection and goal-setting practices help students evaluate their progress and establish habits that support long-term health and performance in a variety of life and work contexts.
