This course introduces students to a range of physically demanding, service-oriented professions through structured instruction, scenario-based training, and guided reflection. Students engage in supervised foundational experiences across multiple fields—including fire service, emergency response, technical rescue, and diving operations—while examining the skills, character traits, training pathways, and leadership demands common to service professions. The course emphasizes vocational discernment, professional readiness, and informed decision-making as students evaluate potential career pathways aligned with their abilities, interests, and sense of calling.
