School of Biblical Counseling
The purpose of ACU’s Biblical Counseling programs are to equip students with a Christ-centered approach to counseling that is deeply rooted in Scripture and practically applied in real-world ministry contexts. It is designed for those called to walk alongside individuals facing life’s challenges, offering biblical wisdom, compassionate care, and spiritual guidance.
Bachelor of Science (BS), Biblical Counseling
This degree program is ideal for those pursuing roles in lay counseling, pastoral care, or discipleship rather than state licensure. Graduates will be prepared to offer Christ-centered counsel that fosters spiritual growth, emotional healing, and lasting transformation—amplifying the disciple-making mission of the church in communities around the world.
Master of Arts (MA), Biblical Counseling
The Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling equips students with a profound understanding of human nature through the lens of Scripture. The program is designed for those passionate about applying biblical truths to foster emotional and spiritual well-being, and prepares graduates to offer wise, faith-driven counsel in various settings, both within and beyond the church.
