OLE210 Group Dynamics & Facilitation
This course focuses on group development, facilitation skills, and the creation of healthy community environments. Students learn to guide group formation, establish norms, manage conflict, and lead reflective practices that reinforce responsibility, belonging, and teamwork in youth and community settings.
OLE220 Goal Setting, Life Skills & Applied Experiential Methods
This course equips students to facilitate personal growth and life-skills development through structured experiential methods. Students learn goal-setting frameworks, observation strategies, and coaching techniques that help individuals and groups build responsibility, resilience, and practical life skills in real-world contexts.
OLE240 Outdoor Living, Project Design & Community Routines
This course provides a practical introduction to outdoor living skills, project-based learning, and structured community routines. Students learn how to design and lead group projects, manage shared responsibilities, and create environments that build teamwork, resilience, and responsibility in outdoor and community-based settings.
OLE245 Team Dynamics
This course focuses on the development and performance of teams within experiential and community-based environments. Students examine leadership roles, team cohesion, communication patterns, and decision-making processes that contribute to effective team functioning in high-responsibility settings.
OLE250 Leadership, Ethics & Community Formation
This course develops ethical leadership and community-building skills for experiential and youth program environments. Students explore leadership frameworks, ethical decision-making, and practices that cultivate trust, integrity, and shared responsibility within communities.
