ACU runs courses in either 8-week session blocks or in full semesters. When the calendar below references a “session,” it means an 8-week session.

Academic Deadlines Summary
- Students may add or drop courses without academic or financial penalty through the published add/drop deadline for each term or session.
- Courses dropped after the add/drop deadline may not eligible for refund.
- A grade of “W” is assigned to courses officially withdrawn after the add/drop deadline and before the withdrawal deadline.
- Withdrawal after the published deadline is not permitted except under approved extenuating circumstances.
- Students are responsible for initiating all registration changes within the published deadlines.
